Joseph’s mom is an event planner, and wanted to celebrate Joseph’s 1st birthday in style! She decided to go for a safari/tropical jungle theme, so we incorporated safari animals and vines all over. The invitation even hints at a safari adventure map, and the colorful animal prints were used as pattern backers.
This ended up turning into a whole suite project, as the design on the invitations gave way to raffle tickets, menu signage, a 8′ banner, and food labels! It was so much fun to translate different design elements into different uses around the party!
